The equipment mainly includes an automated green sand casting sand processing production line with a processing capacity of 30 tons per hour, matched with ZOOMZU's latest (SXH8595) automated casting molding line, and a complete set of one to two medium frequency induction melting electric furnaces, including cyclone dust collectors equipped in the melting electric furnaces;
The workshop of the foundry is 16 meters high, and the old sand storage capacity of the casting sand processing production line consists of three 100T old sand silos, with a total old sand storage capacity of 300T. The green sand casting molding sand processing production line realizes the vibration crushing, magnetic separation, screening, dust removal, storage, sand mixing, and transportation of casting old sand, providing efficient and stable molding sand for automated casting molding lines and the recycling and reuse of old sand.

The main sand mold size of this automated casting molding line is 850mm X 950mm. The sand blasting method adopts a design of vertical sandblasting at the top and bottom simultaneously. The height of the sand mold is 380mm-600mm, which can be flexibly adjusted. It is suitable for automated molding of more complex molds. The lower sand box of the molding main machine can be extended and retracted after molding and demolding, making it convenient for operators to accurately place the core in the mold cavity during molding. The molding speed of the sand mold is 42 seconds per mold. This automated molding line will be used for automated casting production of automotive parts;
In the sand mold pouring and cooling area of the automated casting molding line, a total of 137 sand mold conveying and transportation carts were arranged, and automated robotic arms were equipped to nest and place the external box and pressure iron of the sand mold; Install a side dust hood above the pouring section to collect and treat the exhaust gas generated during sand mold pouring; The tail of the molding line is connected to a high-temperature cooling belt to extend the cooling time of the sand mold after casting, controlling the cooling time of the casting between 90 minutes and 110 minutes;
