The SXH8595 automated casting molding line has been installed at the Bangkok foundry in Thailand

In March 2026, a Chinese foundry company officially completed the installation of equipment at a newly established foundry in Bangkok, Thailand. The ZOOMZU team is responsible for planning, purchasing, and installing all automated casting equipment at the foundry. The equipment mainly includes an automated green sand production line with a processing capacity of 40 tons of casting sand per hour, paired with ZOOMZU's latest SXH8595 automated casting molding line, as well as a complete set of one to two medium frequency induction melting electric furnaces; The workshop of the foundry is 16 meters high, and the old sand storage capacity of the casting sand processing production line consists of three 120T old sand silos, with a total old sand storage capacity of 360T. The molding host of the sand mold is a fully automatic horizontal parting lower sand box with a size of 850mm x 950mm. The sand injection method is top sand injection and bottom sand injection, and the molding speed is 50-75 sand molds per hour (depending on the casting molding requirements, whether the core needs to be placed in the mold cavity). This automated casting molding line will be used for the casting production of automotive parts;

There are a total of 137 sand mold trolleys in the automated casting molding line, equipped with high-temperature cooling belts at the rear for a cooling time of 90 minutes. The cooling section of the molding line is equipped with a vacuum hood for gas collection and treatment during sand mold casting;

The casting sand processing line is equipped with a high-speed rotor sand mixer with a diameter of 2500mm. The conveying ratio of casting materials is controlled by an electronic control system to automate the mixing of molding sand. The casting sand processing line can provide 40T-50T of casting sand per hour for the molding host.
