In 2023, we customized an automated molding line for the production of gray iron furnace tools for a casting enterprise in Bangladesh. Three automated molding machines with a size of 300mm x 700mm sand boxes were equipped with three crawler chain casting lines and a 40 ton automated casting sand treatment production line. When selecting a machine model for users, we recommend an automatic molding machine with a size of 300mm x 700mm for sand boxes based on past practical experience. The main consideration is that the wall thickness of the casting is relatively thin, and the cooling of the molten iron is faster during the pouring process. The fluidity of the metal molten iron will also be poor. If the pouring process of the molten iron is far from the pouring port, it is easy to cause the inner cavity of the sand mold to not be fully poured, directly affecting the yield of the casting production; The arrangement of four castings side by side using a sand mold is aimed at facilitating workers to quickly, easily, and accurately place the coated sand core during the molding process.
When the user selects the purchasing equipment, we also follow the planned plan and customize molds that match the automated casting molding machine based on the casting drawings provided to the user. After the equipment is completed, we use the customized molds to complete the sand mold shape in the assembly workshop using casting sand, and transport the sand mold to nearby casting enterprises for sand mold pouring, so as to obtain the castings that the user wants, allowing the user to see the finished castings produced by the automated casting molding machine more intuitively.
