    Casting screening equipment


    The inertia linear vibration sand screening machine used for clay sand treatment is elastically connected to the base and shell through a set spring. The vibration motor on the shell causes the shell and the screen inside the shell to vibrate together. The material enters the screen inside the upper chamber through the feeding port, and through the vibration of the vibration motor, the material moves towards one end of the waste port. Qualified clay sand is filtered through the screen into the lower chamber and discharged through the discharge port, Impurities run on the sieve until they are discharged from the waste port;


    The mesh adopts the weaving method of embedded manganese steel mesh (Mn65-Q), with no protruding warp and weft overlapping points, flat surface, and uniform force distribution. The hardness is HB180-230, with good plasticity and toughness. When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface undergoes strong work hardening due to plastic deformation, and the surface hardness value can be increased to HRC60 or above, thereby achieving high wear resistance, while maintaining high plasticity and toughness inside. When the old surface wears out, the new surface will form a wear-resistant layer, which has a long service life. This type of sand screening machine has good vibration stability, low vibration noise, and the clay sand can move continuously with a long travel distance, allowing the clay sand to vibrate fully and the filtering efficiency of the screen is high;

    After the screening equipment is started, two vibration motors or exciters of the same model and specification arranged symmetrically operate synchronously and in reverse. The excitation force generated by them is transmitted to the entire vibrating screen through the transmission body - motor or exciter base, causing the screen to vibrate periodically and the materials on the screen to move in a directional jumping motion. During this process, materials smaller than the screen size fall to the lower layer through the screen hole, Materials larger than the sieve aperture are discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping motion, completing the screening operation. At the same time, the screening equipment is equipped with a dust removal device on the cover, which can easily connect with the on-site dust removal equipment, achieving the function of dust suction and cooling of old sand.
