The use of remote modules in after-sales service

With the increasing use of ZOOMZU's automated casting and molding equipment internationally, we have been collaborating with Kiosk printer manufacturer Masung since 2018 to develop and use remote modules. For example, in some remote areas and countries, when equipment malfunctions or electrical components are damaged and users cannot troubleshoot the cause of the malfunction and perform maintenance on the equipment, our company's technicians can use this remote module to establish a data link with the user's automated casting and molding equipment. The remote module is embedded in the user's device's electrical control system PLC, and a broadband or SIM card is inserted into the module. We can read the user's device program and remotely modify, upgrade, and view equipment failure warnings in real time. This facilitates our timely assistance to users. Identify the cause of the malfunction and replace the parts;
