The use of remote modules in after-sales service

With the increasing popularity of ZOOMZU automated casting molding equipment internationally, we have been working with Kiosk printer manufacturer Masung since 2018 to jointly develop and use remote modules. 

For example, in some remote areas and countries, when equipment fails or electrical components are damaged, and the user cannot eliminate the cause of the failure and maintain the equipment, our company's technicians can use the remote module to establish a data connection with the user's automated casting and molding equipment through the network. 

The remote module is embedded in the PLC of the electrical control system of the equipment, and by inserting the broadband or SIM card into the module, we can read the user's equipment program in real time, remotely modify and upgrade the program in real time, and view equipment failure warnings. This helps us provide timely assistance to users, determine the cause of the failure and replace parts;
