In the daily production process of every automated casting and molding machine, from the standardization of mechanical drawing design, precision requirements for component production and processing, to the final assembly and debugging normative requirements, we will make every effort and rigorous attitude to ensure that every factory equipment has reliable stability; After the equipment is put into normal production casting, as the automatic molding equipment is used for a certain period of time, some vulnerable parts need to be replaced, such as the wear-resistant edge strip of the sand box, the sealing strip of the sand injection port, and the exhaust plug; In addition, mechanical failures may also occur due to certain human operational errors. Therefore, a comprehensive after-sales service in daily equipment maintenance is also a crucial link in ensuring the normal casting production of users;


Here is a detailed introduction to after-sales service:


1) When the automated casting equipment purchased by the user leaves the factory, we will give the user a certain number of corresponding model vulnerable parts as replacement and backup for a certain period of time, and specify the usage time of vulnerable parts in detail on the parts list;


2) When purchasing equipment, users can communicate with us in advance to determine the region where they can conveniently purchase electrical component brands. We can select and customize suitable electrical components for the equipment they purchase based on the brand provided by the user; Users can also purchase some electrical components from ZOOMZU as backups, which can greatly shorten the time required for component replacement in future parts replacement, especially for non-standard equipment parts;


3) When the equipment is shipped, we will package and pack all accessories accordingly, and label each accessory with the corresponding equipment, name, model, and precautions. Finally, we will arrange and pack all accessories in an orderly manner, and ship them in wooden boxes;


4) During the installation of automated casting and molding equipment, we recommend that users arrange technical personnel responsible for long-term electrical maintenance to collaborate in installing the equipment, so that the technicians can understand the working principles of the equipment, proficiently operate the equipment, and train various basic equipment maintenance skills, so that they can quickly handle and repair possible equipment failures and replace parts in the later stage;



5) When we receive feedback on after-sales issues from users, we will arrange relevant technical personnel to contact the users through remote videos or videos provided by the users, in order to directly and quickly find the problem and assist the users in solving equipment faults. If the fault cannot be resolved in a timely manner, we will dispatch technical specialists to the user's site for repair as soon as possible.
