1) When purchasing equipment, users can communicate with us in advance to determine the brands of electrical components that are easily available in their region. We can then select and customize suitable electrical components for the equipment they purchase based on the brands provided by the users. Users can also purchase some electrical components from ZOOMZU as backups. This approach can significantly reduce the time required for future accessory replacements, especially for non-standard equipment accessories;
2) When the automated casting molding equipment purchased by the user leaves the factory, we will provide a certain number of corresponding model consumable parts as replacements and backups for a certain period of time, and will specify the usage duration of the consumable parts in detail on the accessory list;
3) When shipping the equipment, we will package all accessories accordingly and attach instructions for each accessory, including the corresponding equipment, name, model, and precautions. Finally, all accessories will be arranged and packed in an orderly manner, and shipped in wooden boxes;
4) During the installation of automated casting molding equipment, we recommend that users arrange for technical personnel who are responsible for long-term electrical maintenance to assist in the installation of the equipment. This will allow the technicians to understand the working principles of the equipment, become proficient in operating the equipment, and receive training in various basic equipment maintenance skills.
