Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting of the Company in December 2018

On December 26, 2018, the headquarters of the group held the 2018 annual work summary and commendation meeting and the 2019 company development planning meeting as scheduled. 52 members from the technical research and development department, sheet metal assembly department, sales department, and after-sales technology department of the ZOOMZU team arrived at the scene to participate in the meeting. Other relevant personnel such as MEIBAN and ZOOMCH also attended the meeting. The company's administrative staff prepared various commendation certificates and generous bonuses for the meeting according to the wishes of each team leader;

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 9 o'clock in the morning. All employees present will gather together and read out the company's regulations and code of conduct before the meeting begins;

At the beginning of the meeting, the leaders of each team and production manager presented a summary report on the work of 2018, reporting to all members of the company on the work status, technological innovation, and valuable practical experience of the past year. Based on the experience summarized in the past year, they planned the direction of development for the next year, and proposed suggestions and policies to multiple departments to discuss reasonable and appropriate solutions, so that each department could closely cooperate and conscientiously implement work.

Subsequently, Mr. Lu, the chairman of the company, also delivered a summary report on the company's 2018 annual report at the meeting. Based on the work reports of department heads, the report analyzed and arranged for deployment, and systematically summarized the implementation and effectiveness of key work. To award commendations and certificates to outstanding employees and technical backbone talents who are actively and enthusiastically engaged in their work and have made outstanding contributions, mainly including the Best Team Award, Excellent Management Cadre Award, Technical Innovation Award, Gold Medal Sales Award, Service Model Award, Best Newcomer Award, Best Dedication Award, Excellent Employee Award, etc., to give full recognition and encouragement to outstanding employees. At the same time, the Chairman also expresses sincere gratitude to all the employees present for their hard work in the past year. The achievements of the team cannot be separated from the hard work and intelligent creation of every employee.

During the meeting, some members of each team organized a chorus and artistic performance activities to stimulate the enthusiasm and participation of every staff member, allowing them to participate in the work of the meeting. At the same time, it also demonstrated the cohesion of each department group to all staff, adding a joyful and festive atmosphere to the meeting;

The performance organized spontaneously by leaders of various departments and with New Year's greetings pushed the overall festive atmosphere of the venue to a high point, attracting applause and cheers from the audience, making the upcoming Spring Festival atmosphere very strong and particularly festive, and allowing everyone to feel the joy and warmth of the festival in laughter and cheers.

During the program performance, department heads will award rewards to outstanding and dedicated employees, as well as distribute team and individual bonuses to outstanding sales managers of the company, in order to recognize the efforts made by employees in the past, fulfill the promises and rewards given by the company to employees, encourage employees to actively engage in their work in the upcoming new year, and promote the stable growth of the company;

The beautiful and moving sign language dance of the administrative team, the spontaneous and clear singing of the employees, and the energetic individual performance of the "double stick", with a combination of firmness and softness, have shown us the versatile and energetic side of many staff members. We would like to thank each participant for bringing us wonderful performances;

At the end of the meeting, the company prepared birthday cakes in advance for employees with recent birthdays and sent sincere blessings, allowing them to feel the warmth from the "big family";

The most surprising part of the annual meeting was undoubtedly the lucky draw event. During the year-end summary meeting, the company prepared generous lucky draw gifts such as home appliances, mobile phones, laptops, and daily necessities for all employees. By randomly selecting numbers in a fair manner, every employee on site was able to draw prizes. The exciting lucky draw process set off waves of excitement for the party, and the entire venue was filled with a lively and joyful atmosphere.

With the end of the meeting, all employees of the company gathered together for dinner. At this moment of gathering, let us raise our glasses to celebrate, drink happily, be grateful for the past, look forward to the future, and work together to create a more brilliant tomorrow!
