ZOOMZU participated in the annual summary and commendation conference held by the group headquarters in December 2018

On December 26, 2018, the headquarters of the group held the 2018 annual work summary and commendation conference and the 2019 company development planning conference as scheduled. 52 members from the technical research and development department, sheet metal assembly department, sales department, and after-sales technical department of ZOOMZU's automated casting and molding equipment team arrived at the site to attend the meeting. The company's administrative personnel have prepared various job recognition certificates and job bonuses for outstanding employees based on the wishes of department heads;

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 9 o'clock in the morning. All employees present will gather together and read out the company's regulations and code of conduct before the meeting begins;

At the beginning of the meeting, the leaders and production managers of each department made a summary report on their work in 2018, reporting to all members of the company on the work situation, technological innovation, and valuable practical experience of the past year. Based on the experience summarized in the past year, they have planned the development direction for next year and put forward suggestions and policies to multiple departments to discuss reasonable and appropriate solutions, so that all departments can work closely together and conscientiously implement their work.

As the R&D department of automated casting and molding equipment, ZOOMZU's leader clearly expressed to the company at the meeting that in the coming year, ZOOMZU will continue to develop automated casting and molding machines with larger sand box sizes to meet the needs of more casting enterprises.

Subsequently, Mr. Lu, the chairman of the company, also delivered a summary report on the company's 2018 annual report at the meeting. Based on the work reports of department heads, the report analyzed and arranged for deployment, and systematically summarized the implementation and effectiveness of key work. To award commendations and certificates to outstanding employees and technical backbone talents who are actively and enthusiastically engaged in their work and have made outstanding contributions, mainly including the Best Team Award, Excellent Management Cadre Award, Technical Innovation Award, Gold Medal Sales Award, Service Model Award, Best Newcomer Award, Best Dedication Award, Excellent Employee Award, etc., to give full recognition and encouragement to outstanding employees. At the same time, the Chairman also expresses sincere gratitude to all the employees present for their hard work in the past year. The achievements of the team cannot be separated from the hard work and intelligent creation of every employee.

During the meeting, some members of each team organized a chorus and artistic performance activities to stimulate the enthusiasm and participation of every staff member, allowing them to participate in the work of the meeting. At the same time, it also demonstrated the cohesion of each department group to all staff, adding a joyful and festive atmosphere to the meeting;

The performance organized spontaneously by leaders of various departments and with New Year's greetings pushed the overall festive atmosphere of the venue to a high point, attracting applause and cheers from the audience, making the upcoming Spring Festival atmosphere very strong and particularly festive, and allowing everyone to feel the joy and warmth of the festival in laughter and cheers.

During the project execution, the department head of ZOOMZU will reward outstanding and dedicated employees, and distribute team and individual bonuses to outstanding sales managers of the company to recognize their efforts over the past year, fulfill the company's commitments and rewards to employees, encourage employees to actively engage in work in the new year, promote stable growth of the company, and provide professional services to users;

At the end of the meeting, the company prepared birthday cakes in advance for employees with recent birthdays and sent sincere blessings, allowing them to feel the warmth from the "big family";

The most surprising part of the annual meeting was undoubtedly the lucky draw event. During the year-end summary meeting, the company prepared generous lucky draw gifts such as home appliances, mobile phones, laptops, and daily necessities for all employees. By randomly selecting numbers in a fair manner, every employee on site was able to draw prizes. The exciting lucky draw process set off waves of excitement for the party, and the entire venue was filled with a lively and joyful atmosphere.
