The founding conference of the Melting Technology and Equipment Branch of the China Foundry Association was successfully held in Weifang

In order to actively respond to the national strategy of "green, low-carbon, and sustainable development", deepen the structural reform of the casting industry, promote the development of the casting and smelting industry towards energy conservation and environmental protection, and improve the overall level of the industry, after a year of careful organization and planning, the founding conference of the Melting Technology and Equipment Branch of the China Foundry Association was grandly held in Weifang, Shandong on August 12, 2019.

Zhang Zhiyong, Executive Vice President of China Casting Association, proposed specific suggestions and requirements for the work of the branch from the formulation of the "Procurement Guidelines for Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces in Casting" and the annual development report of the electric furnace industry, including seven actions and five innovations. And it is required that the branches strengthen cooperation, exchange resources, integrate upstream and downstream units of the casting industry, and jointly contribute to the casting industry.

The conference held a review of the national standard "Technical Requirements for Energy Conservation Evaluation in the Foundry Induction Furnace Industry". All attending representatives warmly discussed and actively spoke, providing suggestions and suggestions for the revision of green standards.The establishment of the Melting Technology and Equipment Branch aims to serve enterprises with the development goals of green, energy-saving, and environmental protection, in order to better improve the quality and efficiency of the casting industry.
